As we try to offer the best practices along coupled quality service, there are areas that require us to follow standard procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
We understand if you were previously receiving cleaning services but we strongly suggest that all of our new clients, and occasionally existing clients, receive the initial cleaning.
This allows the clients to become familiar with our cleaning practices, our staff and a time for you to articulate your needs and desires.
By you requesting our staff to come in without doing the initial cleaning, it voids our guarantee of coming back to rectify any issues you may have.
We would provide you with a checklist of tasks to be completed and there would be no opportunity for you to tweek it.
Based on our past experiences, the initial cleaning is a practice that we stand by and highly recommend.
Yes: Payment is due a minimum of 2 days/48-hours prior to date of service. A $25.00 late payment fee per cleaning will be added to your next billing invoice.
Note: We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduled cleanings. If a cleaning is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment date, a $25.00 late cancellation fee will be automatically billed to the card.
Holiday and Office Closings

RHIR and RC observes the following holidays:
New Years Day
Good Friday
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
If a routine cleaning falls on one of the holidays above, we will contact the client in advance to reschedule. For all other holidays not listed, RHIR/RC will be open and our cleaning technicians will arrive to perform the scheduled cleanings.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Cleaning hours are Monday through Friday, starting as early as 6:30 a.m. with the last residential client of the day scheduled to start at 3:00 p.m. Commercial clients will not be scheduled to start after 10:00 pm.
